So what does a multimillion dollar news corperation do when it gets caught with its pants down? Shut the source up.

Apparently that is what is occurring with blogger Anotnio French and St. Louis television station KSDK.

According to Missouri Political News Service French pointed out that a KSDK reporter made a very serious claim regarding bribery of a St. Louis area alderman which would be proved in a follow up segment. The problem? It didnt pan out.

French pointed it out in video. KSDK apparently didnt like the move too much and filed a complaint which resulted in his account being suspended.

Anyone find it interesting that some of these organizations may have taken and used French’s past materials without asking permission via “fair use?”

Worst of all though, anyone else find it ironic that an organization which survives on freedom of the press is exacting a pound of flesh through censorship?
