Lesson from Minnesota Senate race: Keep counting until the court agrees to your terms.
Monday, January 5th, 2009I am going to make a quick note regarding the recent news story coming out of Minnesota where Al Franken - comedian turned politician wannabe might be announced as the winner of the U.S. Senate seat held by Norm Coleman.
The lesson which should be learned here is that Democrats will keep counting and challenging until enough mysterious ballots appear out of no where (as was the case with the Washington state Gubernatorial election a couple of years ago) go to their candidate.
If a Republican doesnt win with more than a couple thousand of votes, expect the Democrat to some how find a way to win, whether it is truthfully theirs or not.
